Hi,

I know how to record an EGG into an EDF file. However, that's not what I care about. I want to determine the value that most often occurs in a given interval and for this I need not the shape of EEG waves (from a given point selected by me during the session), but the quantitative values of the waves occurring in a given time interval.

As you can see, maybe I do not fully understand the essence of encephalography and hence my idea of developing the results (as in the title of this message) and the resulting questions.

My idea would be:
From each individual test, obtain a record of the frequency value from the selected channel (i.e. the point on the head to which I have the electrode attached) in time, i.e. a record of two values, i.e. frequency (Hz) depending on the time (s) in which they appear during the session, which can be presented as a graph. Of course, the wave range that I get is limited due to the feedback given in the program, whose block diagram and the program itself have been attached to this message along with one example of the EGG waveform saved in the EDF file from the CPz (Pz) point.

Of course, if my idea makes sense, please give me a hint what and how I should do it.

P.S.1. In addition to feeling the benefits that come quite slowly and after many sessions, I also want to observe the "scientific" changes taking place.

P.S.2. Many years ago neurofeedback helped with my other problems hence my determination. Except that at that time it was carried out under the care of specialists and of course cost me a lot.

Wiem jak nagrać zapis EGG w pliku EDF. Jednak nie jest to tym na czym mi zależy. Chcę wyznaczyć wartość która najczęściej występuje w danym przedziale i do tego jest mi potrzebny nie kształt fal EEG (z danego jednego wybranego przeze mnie podczas sesji punktu), a wartości ilościowe występujących fal w danym przedziale czasowym.

Jak widać może nie do końca rozumiem istotę encefalografii i stąd mój pomysł opracowania wyników (jak w tytule tej wiadomości) oraz wynikające z tego pytania.

Mój pomysł to by:
Z każdego jednostkowego badania uzyskać zapis wartości częstotliwości z wybranego kanału (czyli punktu na głowie do którego mam przyczepioną elektrodę) w czasie czyli zapis dwóch wartości czyli częstotliwość (Hz) w zależności od czasu (s) w którym się pojawiają podczas sesji, które można przedstawić jako wykres. Oczywiście zakres fal który uzyskuję jest ograniczony ze względu na sprzężenie zwrotne zadane w programie, którego schemat blokowy jak i sam program program załączyłem do tej wiadomości wraz z jednym przykładowo zapisanym przebiegiem EGG w pliku EDF z punku CPz (Pz).

Jeśli oczywiście mój pomysł ma sens to proszę o podpowiedź co i jak mam zrobić.

P.S.1. Oprócz odczuwania korzyści które następują dość powoli i po wielu sesjach chcę obserwować również "naukowo" zachodzące zmiany.

P.S.2. Wiele lat temu neurofeedback pomógł przy moich innych problemach stąd moja determinacja. Z tym, że wówczas odbywało się to pod opieką specjalistów i oczywiście dużo mnie kosztowało.
